ISO QUALITY STANDARD CERTIFICATE FOR ANOTHER THREE YEARS
At the end of 2020, the international certification services company Bureau Veritas LT performed an audit of the supervision of the quality management system of the National Land Service (NLS) and extended the validity of the LST EN ISO 9001: 2015 standard certificate for three years. This reaffirms that the quality management system of NLS helps to consistently achieve the strategic goals of the organization, more effectively control the ongoing business processes, and quality management contributes to improving the quality of services, operational methods, operational efficiency, and efficiency of NLS administration.
The policy of the NLS quality management system is to ensure continuous improvement of activities, to meet customer expectations and requirements. The applied risk management methodologies help to achieve the strategic goals of the NLS and increase the efficiency of the performed activities. It should be noted that risk management applies to all NLS operational processes and includes all NLS functions, all staff, all types of information (oral, written, etc.), information systems (resources), premises, equipment, and services provided by third parties.
The audit process carried out remotely through the implementation of IT and communication (ICT) systems, identified the strongest aspects of the NLS quality management system - management's approach and commitment to quality, staff competence, teamwork and responsibility, continuous system improvement, operational planning, and communication. culture, identification of applicable regulatory requirements, and their enforcement. The first management evaluation analysis of the NLS was performed at the end of 2014 after the implementation of the project “Quality Management Model in Compliance with the Standard LST EN ISO 9001: 2008“ Quality Management System ”. 2015 month of January.
